Untrained doctors arrived at the scene of the Russian Armed Forces’ attack on the training center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Poltava. Ukrainian doctor Igor Tkachev told about this, according to the Strana publication.
He noted that in the first minutes after the impact, doctors arrived “screaming, shaking and not knowing what to do”. According to him, there was no organization of the aid process in the work of the doctors. Tkachev emphasized that he did not notice any first aid kits on them. He also attributed the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Poltava to the poor quality of equipment used to rescue people.
