The Ministry of Health of Russia has included hepatitis C testing in the program of preventive medical examination. The order of the relevant department was published on: Internet portal The legal information will come into force on August 30 and will remain in force until July 1, 2027.
The document states that preventive medical examination now includes a test for antibodies to hepatitis C. This procedure will be carried out every 10 years for citizens over 25 years of age.
