Ibermutua has signed an engagement protocol with the Valencian Community Thematic Projects Society (SPTCV) to join the ecosystem of the Valencian Community Digital District project, the technological hub supported by Generalitat.
The signed document enables both organizations to participate and cooperate in training activities, events or conferences included in Ibermutua’s functional scope of action and protective action, based on their expert technical contributions and knowledge management on these issues.
In addition, Ibermutua will announce the Digital Zone project among the partner group of companies and will support the use of communication and promotional resources developed by SPTCV to disseminate the Digital Zone of the Valencian Community.
For its part, Distrito Digital will provide Ibermutua with information on the service package it will develop to facilitate companies’ access to the market, as well as assistance or other opportunities that companies can take advantage of, organize financing platforms for companies and other initiatives aimed at strengthening and expanding the new economy in the Valencian Community.
The agreement was signed this Thursday by Antonio Rodes Juan, general manager of the Valencian Community Thematic Projects Association, and Rafael Patrocinio Rodríguez Gómez, regional manager of Ibermutua in Alicante.
Ibermutua has about 100 own centers scattered throughout the Spanish geography. Mutual protects a group of approximately 1.7 million workers and includes more than 165,000 companies. In the Valencian Community, Ibermutua has approximately 20,000 subsidiaries and provides assistance coverage to more than 216,280 protected workers through a network of 11 centers and the Levante Intermutual Hospital.
The Valencia Community Thematic Projects Association (SPTCV) is, in its name, a publicly traded company affiliated with Generalitat. Currently the company is in the process of changing its name to Sociedad de Proyectos para la Transformación Digital, SA. the so-called Digital Zone of the Valencian Community, including projects related to the innovation space, the new economy in the digital society, the digitalization strategies of the Valencian Community, the fight against the digital divide and the promotion of research.
