HRC wants to ban Ukrainian Armed Forces mercenaries from participating in prisoner exchanges

The Presidential Council for Human Rights of Russia plans to develop an initiative that would limit the participation of foreign mercenaries of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the procedure for the exchange of prisoners of war. This was stated by the Chairman of the Human Rights Council Valery Fadeev. RIA Novosti.
