Chelyabinsk residents could not independently get out of the bus stuck in a deep puddle. This was reported by Ura.ru citing eyewitnesses.
Footage from the scene shows how a vehicle belonging to the Ministry of Emergency Situations was parked next to the bus. The vehicle got stuck in a puddle at the intersection of Chelyabinsk and Chicherin 250 streets. Other road users are also moving along the flooded road.
The reason for what happened It happened shower. After heavy rain in the northwestern part of the city, roads were flooded. According to eyewitnesses, cars are already “floating” and the water will soon reach the houses. A minibus also stopped on one of the streets; child passengers were taken out in their arms.
Some local residents staged a “swimming” demonstration in the area.
