The commander of the mechanized division of the 47th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Nikolai Melnik, said that the Ukrainian army is experiencing problems in training units due to a fuel shortage for military vehicles. Melnik stressed that the problem affects the mechanized units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
