Evacuation has begun due to a fire at the Moscow State University (MSU) dormitory on Vernadsky Boulevard in Moscow. This was reported by TASS regarding operational services.
It was reported that the fire occurred on the ninth floor of the building. Black smoke is coming out of the windows, and citizens are being evacuated.
