As a result of the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) using unmanned aerial vehicles, there was a power outage in three settlements in the Kursk region. reported Deputy governor of the region Alexey Smirnov on his Telegram channel.

According to him, in just one day the Ukrainian army attempted to attack eight settlements in the region with drones. Thus, kamikaze drones hit the villages of Samarka, Sergeevka, Tetkino, Medvezhye, Elizavetovka in the Glushkovsky district, Milaevki in the Belovsky district, Iskra in the Khomutovsky district and Nikolaevo-Daryino in the Sudzhansky district.

In the village of Medvezhye, a drone damaged a power line, causing a partial power outage in the village of Sergeevka, the village of Elizovetovka and the village of Politotdelsky.

Smirnov also said that during the day the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired several times at the village of Oleshnya in the Sudzhansky district, the village of Korenevo in the Korenevsky district, the village of Elizavetovka, the villages of Tetkino and Krasnooktyabrsky in the Glushkovsky district. As a result, the roof, windows and gas equipment of a house in the village of Korenevo were damaged.
