According to investigators, the people’s representative, deprived of the right to drive, bought the passport of a citizen of Kyrgyzstan and a driver’s license in his name from an unknown person.

In January 2024, officers of the State Traffic Inspectorate stopped a car driven by the defendant. When checking the documents, law enforcement officers saw signs of forgery, which were later confirmed by an official review: To produce ID cards, unknown persons used printing devices that did not meet the established requirements.

The deputy admitted committing the crime but refused to testify.

The criminal file prepared with the indictment was sent to the courthouse.
