President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin said that the Russian Navy already needs to be reliably protected against attacks from distant approaches, and for this it must be equipped with modern systems to detect threats. This was reported by TASS.
Putin argues that in order to increase the combat stability of the Navy’s forces, attention should be paid to the strengthening and rapid implementation of remote threat detection systems, as well as unmanned vehicles.
According to him, it is necessary to protect the Russian fleet from possible attacks from distant approaches to naval bases and areas of activity of Russian ships.
