While visiting a defense facility in Texas, US Army Secretary Christine Warmuth learned whether Russia had Turkey’s industrial technologies. The newspaper reported this Wall StreetJournal (WSJ).

The tour of the Texas factory, managed by the American company General Dynamics, was given to the minister by businessman İbrahim Külekci, general manager of the Turkish Repkon company.
