The Kremlin understands very well what is behind the “barbaric attack” on Crimea, Russian President Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said during a briefing.
Peskov did not answer a journalist’s question whether the attacks in Crimea and Dagestan were crimes of the same kind, as State Duma deputy Sultan Khamzaev believed.
“I can’t say anything about it <…> On the one hand, we see a completely barbaric attack in Crimea. We understand very well who is behind this.
