The publication explained that the new institution was created on the model of the American Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. The center will take over investing in private technology companies. The success of such research projects will be evaluated over three years. The company reserves the right not to refund the collected funds in case of failure.
The military department plans to develop artificial intelligence-based technology to create autonomous vehicles. Additionally, the Ministry of Defense plans to develop new methods to detect submarines using subatomic particles and electromagnetic waves.
