The businessman emphasized that considering that the age of the Universe is 13.8 billion years and the age of the Earth is 4.5 billion years, even if civilization existed for a million years, it would only be three ten thousandths of it. He expressed surprise at the lack of obvious signs of aliens and suggested that perhaps humanity might discover traces of a long-lost alien civilization during space exploration.
