- Place a seasoning envelope and two chicken rear pieces in the cooking bag (included in the Lemon and Garlic Seasoning package).
- Close the bag, place it on the baking tray and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for an hour.
- Clean and cut the broccoli.
- Boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Crush the walnuts.
- Add the broccoli and whisk everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper and season with lemon.
- Sauté green asparagus with cherry tomatoes, salt and thyme.
- Serve on a plate with asparagus, thyme tomatoes and some roasted chicken broth.
