  • 4 chicken back parts
  • Lemon Garlic Spice
  • Broccoli
  • 50 grams. shelled walnuts
  • cherry tomatoes
  • green asparagus
  • pepper mix
  • Oregano
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Lemon
  • White pepper
  1. Place a seasoning envelope and two chicken rear pieces in the cooking bag (included in the Lemon and Garlic Seasoning package).
  2. Close the bag, place it on the baking tray and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for an hour.
  3. Clean and cut the broccoli.
  4. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Crush the walnuts.
  6. Add the broccoli and whisk everything together.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and season with lemon.
  8. Sauté green asparagus with cherry tomatoes, salt and thyme.
  9. Serve on a plate with asparagus, thyme tomatoes and some roasted chicken broth.
