The suspect received a bribe in the amount of 192 thousand rubles from the director of a commercial organization.
The suspect was also aware that the company did not have permits to carry out the relevant work and that its employees did not have the necessary qualifications.
The manager of the company that gave the bribe was also subject to criminal prosecution. He is accused of fraud.
