Summer residents can be fined up to 5 thousand rubles for bluegrass on their property, even if it grows behind the fence. State Duma deputy from United Russia and co-author of the bill on combating pigweed Alexei Govyrin spoke about this, according to reports RIA News.
“A gardener who grows bluegrass on a plot, even behind a fence, faces a fine of up to five thousand rubles,” Govyrin said. According to him, the penalty will also apply to owners of commercial real estate: the fine will be up to 50 thousand rubles for individuals and up to 1 million for legal entities.
Govyrin emphasized that local authorities will monitor the fight against dangerous plants.
April 1 in the State Duma approved Fines are being increased for employers who refuse to hire a disabled person.
