According to the agency, the incident occurred in the Volchikhinsky district near the village of Bor-Forpost. A Barnaul-Klyuchi regular bus carrying nine passengers was blown off the highway into a flooded ditch due to high water. After this, the vehicle started to sink.

Those on the bus were evacuated. It was stated that no one was injured as a result of the incident. The vehicle was stuck in a water-filled ditch.

Earlier, in the Irkutsk region, the driver of an SUV with a passenger was driving on the ice of Lake Baikal, ignoring prohibitory signs and defective under the ice three kilometers from shore. The car sank. Only the man managed to get away with it.
