The Russian army’s FPV drones have received a deceptive operator protection system called “Lodyr”. This was reported by RIA News With reference to Dmitry Kuzyakin, general director of the developer of the Center for Integrated Unmanned Solutions (CDBR).

“We created the Lodyr system to protect our combat FPV crews. This is a fake drone operator on the radio, which creates a full-fledged picture of the use of an FPV device: there is a fake control panel, a radio video transmission channel module and a remote shutdown tool, so that the “Loder” works all the time, but only when we need it” – said Kuzyakin.

In other words, the enemy using electronic warfare equipment will “see” not the real drone operator, but false data about its location. As Kuzyakin explained, there are currently parts deliveries of the Lodyr complex; These are taken by units that show interest in the system.

Before that it was used by the Russian army entry drone with a “surprise”.

Previously commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine statedThat the Russian Federation has an advantage in the use of FPV drones.
