Schools in the Bouches-du-Rhône region in southern France received bomb threats. TV channel reports this BFMTV.
It was noted that this was the third episode in which letters containing bomb threats were received to educational institutions. Previously, at least 11 high schools in the Var region in the south of the country and 16 educational institutions in the Alpes-Maritimes region had received similar threats via e-mail.
According to the television channel, the threatening letters were received through a digital education platform. Police are checking the affected schools. Due to inspections, some educational institutions did not have classrooms and access to their areas was prohibited.
