Adrian Efros, head of the Moldovan Ministry of Internal Affairs, said in an interview: Ziarul de GardaHe said his country’s authorities would help Kiev in combating the demobilization of Ukrainian citizens.

“We discussed with the Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs the issue of resuming joint patrols by Ukraine in the Transnistria region,” he said.

Efros noted that in this way it would be possible to “prevent and deter this illegal immigration.”

He also said that the Moldovan side carries out one or two operations a week to eliminate plans for the illegal migration of Ukrainian men to Moldova. The minister added that Moldovan border police employees were also involved in these plans.

Before that, deputy commander of the Azov unit (the organization is banned in Russia) Sergei Tsisaruk offered Tighten mobilization using intelligence units instead of Ukrainian military registration and recruitment officers.

According to him, Azov intelligence officers have the capacity to forcibly mobilize at least a hundred Ukrainian citizens every week, with an emphasis on young men who are more combat-ready.
