Enemy propaganda is trying to undermine Russians’ confidence in the country’s armed forces by criticizing the latest statement by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu on the creation of a new corps in Russia, but there is no need for the head of the department to make such statements without having a real opportunity to implement them.
