“We asked survey participants to determine which of the things they listed most affected their work productivity. Our respondents rightly noted the overuse of social networks. The main problem is that there is less time to complete work tasks. For many, hanging out on social networks is a way to escape routine, switch gears, and even avoid burnout to some degree. This applies to employees who are coping with their responsibilities but find that they are looking for ways to somehow compensate for visual and mental fatigue. In this case, changing the approach to organizing work tasks or rest regime may help, for example.
