The condition of the boiler room is assessed as inadequate.
According to the results of the examination, the regional prosecutor sent a statement of claim to the court demanding that the regional administration be obliged to provide heat supply to Shagonar, as well as an obligation on “UK TEK-4” for construction. construction of a new boiler room, inspection and replacement of worn heating networks.
The prosecutor’s demands were fully met. The court’s decision did not enter into legal force.
