In the Ukrainian city of Lvov, an internal investigation began into the fact that employees of the local military commissariat forcibly mobilized a volunteer, gave him a “backdated” summons and put him on a bus. This was reported by the head of the Lvov regional land acquisition center, Artur Niyazov, whose words were quoted by the local UNIAN agency.
