“There were no injuries; the hostel has long been known to be unsafe. Residents were repeatedly ordered to leave and were provided with assistance from the flexible fund in the form of housing or rent compensation. People understood that they stayed there at their own risk,” the press service reported.
There is no data yet on how many people live in the dilapidated house.
“We don’t know yet, as some managed to move to a flexible fund and rent their rooms to someone else,” said a representative of the administration’s press service.
