The court found that from January 2018 to September 2022, the woman used her official position to provide the entrepreneur with information about the school’s planned acquisitions for a fee. Also, an employee of the educational institution helped the businessman conclude contracts with the institution on favorable terms for him.
“For these actions, the former deputy director received a bribe of more than 500 thousand rubles from a businessman,” the ministry’s press service said.
The court found the former employee guilty. He was fined 2 million rubles for cooperating with the investigation. For three years he was deprived of the right to hold positions with administrative and economic powers in the field of procurement of goods, works and services to meet state and municipal needs.
The bribes taken from the defendant were confiscated.
