Most Russians plan to vacation in their home country in the spring. It turns out that Russia’s top 10 has looked the same for three months, but popular foreign destinations have changed. This is shown by a study conducted by the OneTwoTrip service, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.
At the same time, in March and May two-thirds of tourists will travel around Russia (66.1% and 60.5%, respectively), and in April only half of Russians (55.1%), the rest will go abroad.
The most popular city among tourists is Moscow: the capital’s share is 22.4%. In second place is St. Petersburg, where 14.5 percent of travelers will go in the spring. Petersburg, while Sochi ranks third, where 12.2 percent of hotel reservations are made.
Many Russians also visit Kazan (3.5% of bookings), Kaliningrad (3.0%), Yekaterinburg (1.9%), Krasnodar (1.7%), Nizhny Novgorod in the spring. u (1.7%) will visit Irkutsk (1.4). %) and Novosibirsk (1.2%).

The list of popular destinations in April included Tokyo (the Japanese capital’s share is 4.8%), Paris (4.0%), Dubai (3.4%) and Guangzhou (2.8%).
Russian tourists will spend May in Paris (5.5%), Belgrade (3.3%), Tbilisi (3.2%) and Seoul (3.1%).
