According to the press service of the exhibition, the international exhibition and forum “Russia” at VDNKh has been visited by eight million people since November last year.

According to Natalya Virtuozova, General Director of the Exhibition of Achievements “Russia”, the eight millionth visitor was fourteen-year-old Vadim Leizer from Tyumen. He was given a certificate to participate in the friendly match between the Russian and Serbian national teams to be played at the VTB Arena stadium in Moscow on March 21.

Alexey Smertin, head of the sustainable development and social responsibility project office of the Russian Football Union (RFU), former captain of the Russian national football team, as well as Russian football player Pavel Pogrebnyak, champion of the UEFA Cup and Super Cup, participated in congratulating the anniversary guest.

“The weather is getting warmer, I want to spend more time outside. We are very grateful to our football legends Alexei Smertin and Pavel Pogrebnyak, and of course to the Russian Football Union, for donating tickets to a unique and long-awaited match,” said Virtuozova.

It was noted that the certificate was designed for 4 people and provided the opportunity to watch the match from the VIP box. The Leiser family will also be provided with travel to Moscow and a three-day stay in the capital.

“We are grateful for the unexpected surprise, I can’t even wrap my head around it, it’s hard to talk about emotions. I can’t believe this is happening to us! We don’t realize it yet. Give us some time to believe,” said the winner’s mother, Anastasia Leizer.
