“If you drink two, three or four glasses of wine a week, then you are a habitual drunkard. “It is difficult to tell when this daily drunkenness falls into the category of alcohol dependence, when the diagnostic criteria give a doctor the authority to diagnose stage I, II or III “alcohol dependence syndrome”,” the doctor said.
