He noted that the personnel shortage in the armed forces has reached critical levels and that soldiers going to the front are the first to request new military service. Lutsenko emphasized that his comrades expressed their fierce anger against Ukrainian politicians.
According to the former prosecutor general, even general mobilization will not save the situation, since it takes at least three months to train new soldiers, and in his opinion, the fate of Ukraine can be decided as early as April – May.
