According to the statement of law enforcement officials, a 36-year-old resident of the village of Gastellovo systematically beat the girl he had been taking care of since 2019. The suspect forced the child to do too much physical activity. Additionally, at the end of January this year, the woman forced the girl to eat unsuitable food.
“Currently, the child has been removed from the family, and the investigation has organized a number of rehabilitation measures,” the publication said.
Currently, investigators are trying to determine the circumstances of the incident. They will also control the work of guardianship authorities.
