“It doesn’t matter what level this manager is; headman or minister of a small village. “Behind each of them there are residents, specific people who have their own problems, expectations and desire to live and live well in Russia,” he said.

According to Yurmanova, honest personnel elevators are being created today, unlike 20 years ago.
