The restoration of Ukraine may cost 500 billion euros, the country’s Minister of Infrastructure Alexander Kubrakov announced in an interview with the DPA agency.
According to him, the process of rebuilding the country could take up to 10 years. He also noted that the most serious damage could be repaired within 2-3 years.
More than 6 million people have fled Ukraine since the beginning of the conflict, according to the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. Approximately 1.1 million Ukrainian citizens live in Germany, having entered the country since the beginning of 2022.
