A resident of Perm changed his surname after receiving a fine of more than 50 thousand rubles. In this respect reports regional bailiff service.

The woman violated traffic rules more than 70 times but did not pay the enforcement documents. Forced execution teams frequently came to the Russian woman but could not find her at home. Additionally, the woman had no money or property to recover.

The registry office received a response to one of the ministry’s requests. It turned out that the Russian woman recently got married and changed her surname.

The Ministry said, “Probably the woman decided that the penalties imposed on her previous behalf and the enforcement proceedings initiated against her will be automatically canceled.”

After this, bailiffs discovered the woman’s bank account from which the debt amount was deleted.
