Former candidate for governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexander Gliskov was arrested in the case of accepting bribes on a particularly large scale. This was reported by TASS With reference to the press service of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court.
“The Krasnoyarsk Regional Court, in the appeal case, upheld the decision of the Krasnoyarsk Central District Court regarding the repression of the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexander Gliskov,” the court said in a statement.
Thus, Gliskov will remain in custody until March 30, 2024. The investigation alleges that from December 2016 to May 2017, Gliskov forced one of the managers of a state-owned enterprise in Krasnoyarsk, using his official powers, to pay a particularly large bribe (one million rubles). At that time, Gliskov was deputy of the regional legislature.
