According to the agency, the incident occurred on January 17. The store clerk refused to sell alcohol to the buyer at an unspecified time. The man then smashed the bottle over the employee’s head.
Then on February 16, the aggressive customer returned to the store. He was recognized by a security guard who informed the buyer that following the attack on the seller, service would no longer be provided at the point of sale. Thereupon a fight broke out between them.
A lawsuit was filed against the man for assault due to the attack on the seller. The police launched an investigation after the fight with the security guard.
