Russia has patented a method to covertly aim a pair of interceptors at an aerial target to increase the effectiveness of jamming. This was reported by TASS.

The patent belongs to the Military Aerospace Defense Academy named after Marshal of the Soviet Union GK Zhukov, affiliated with the Russian Ministry of Defense. In the summary of the invention, it is stated that it is related to the field of electronic warfare (EW).

According to the document, the method consists in equipping two interceptors with active jamming stations and combining their onboard radar stations (radars) into a system with information exchange channels. Next, an attacking interceptor with an onboard radiation-operated radar system and a cover interceptor with an active jamming station are determined. In this case, the interceptor approaches the attacking fighter during his guidance. This ensures maximum coating efficiency.

Before that in Russia patent Hybrid guided munition for multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).

United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) in December 2023 patent A way to control a group of drones by the pilot operator of the aircraft, using an aggregator server with artificial intelligence technology.
