A Chelyabinsk resident was injured when he responded to a request from two women to smoke. This was reported by control Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region.
The incident took place on Pogranichnaya Street. According to the Russian himself, local residents approached him. He responded to requests to share a cigarette, and while he was distracted, one of the women hit him. The man fell to the ground, then they took his phone and fled the scene.
Police teams caught the suspects in a short time. It turned out that these were women aged 31 and 25 who had previously been convicted. According to the police, they lent the stolen phone to their friends.
The device will be delivered to its owner after inspection. A criminal case was opened against the women. They are currently in isolation.
