Foreigners said that they have been working at SK COMMUNITY LLC’s facilities since August, but they did not make an agreement. At first the company paid them, but then delays began. Workers stated that the organization owed them 2.5 million rubles.
Foreigners appealed to the local priest for help. He said that he had worked on construction sites before.
“In Orthodoxy, not paying salaries to employees is one of the great sins. These people were left penniless and deceived. Their families were left without money,” the man shared.
SK COMMUNITY LLC stated that their company was a subcontractor. According to the manager, workers repeatedly missed deadlines and arrived at the facility at the wrong time. This resulted in the customer being fined.
“These were taken into account when calculating the crew’s wages because the losses were their fault. Living expenses were also negative. As a result, I paid off my entire debt mostly in cash between December and January. “I don’t understand where they are complaining about me,” he said.
According to the entrepreneur, he now has to pay a penalty of another 3.3 million rubles.
