Scientists from the University of Santiago de Compostela in Spain have identified a type of diet that allows you to get rid of belly fat. Scientists tested the effectiveness and safety of this diet on members of more than 200 families of Hispanic origin. Blood tests showed that the Atlantic diet had no significant effect on the participants’ blood pressure, high triglycerides, and fasting serum glucose levels.
