“We believe that some form of coercion is necessary for this, as we understand that no one would do this voluntarily. What the Ministry of Defense proposes now – to arrest everything – is not appropriate. This is very harsh and the state generally does not have the authority to force and arrest all these people and then file criminal cases,” Arakhamia said.
