A 50-year-old resident of the Zaeltsovsky district was accused of prostitution and organizing prostitution by others. As established, in 2021, a woman started recruiting urban women by posting high-paying employment ads on social networks. She promised daily pay and free housing to her future “employees” and rented an apartment for this purpose. It is known that sex workers provide services in hotels, hotel and bath complexes, as well as in customers’ places.
The woman managed to run the business until August last year. The police then stopped the activities of the organized crime group and forced the defendants to submit to the obligation to appear in court.
“Despite this, in September the leader and two employees, aged 26 and 27, carried out another criminal activity aimed at organizing prostitution for others. However, on October 5, the activities of the members of the organized crime group were suppressed.”
Thereupon, the founder of the brothel was placed under house arrest, while the five sex workers were released on the condition of judicial control. In the near future, their cases will be heard in the city’s Dzerzhinsky District Court.
