Criminal case filed against Russian general in Ukraine

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) opened a criminal case against Russian General Yakov Rezantsev, commander of the 49th Combined Arms Army of the Southern Military District. This is stated on the Telegram channel of the SBU.

Ukrainian special services claim that they have collected some evidence against Rezantsev within the scope of the criminal complaint titled “Waging an Aggressive War”. It was noted that Russian troops took control of the Kherson region, part of which, including Kherson, is currently in the hands of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) under the command of this general.

According to Saldo, Ukrainian soldiers are currently just trying to maintain their old positions.
