There is no problem in recruiting volunteers who want to serve in Russia’s special operations region in Ukraine. This was stated by retired Colonel of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Oleg Starikov in an interview with the YouTube channel. “Yes like that”.

On January 30, Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Alexey Goncharenko said that the country’s government acceptance prepared a new version of the mobilization draft and submitted it to parliament for consideration.
