Volunteers came to the daughter of a participant in a special military operation (SVO) from the Chelyabinsk city of Miass, who was the only person in her class who did not have a New Year’s gift. This was reported by Regnum.
In the video published by the agency, a man and a woman are seen handing the girl two bags full of gifts. Moreover, they gave the boy a box of army dry rations. Volunteers emphasized that such a gift “can only be sent by soldiers.”
The student was also shown a video message recorded by Russian military personnel. They congratulated the girl on the new year and talked about the joint service with her father.
“He was a brave and courageous comrade, a true hero and patriot of Russia,” one of the fighters said.
According to Regnum, the child is being raised by his grandmother. Shortly before the holidays, a message appeared in the parent chat about collecting money for gifts to students, but the woman overlooked the announcement.
As a result, the girl was left without a gift during a school event. The teacher gave chocolate to his student, but the child was still very sad. Later, the daughter of an SVO participant wrote a letter to the front, and then the volunteers learned about the case.
