Emergency services extinguished the fire in the building of the Royal hotel complex in Khabarovsk. This has been reported telegram channel Regional department of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation.
According to the ministry, the total area of the fire was 50 square meters. The fire started in the steam sauna on the ground floor of the building.
“At 19:59 (12:59 Moscow time – socialbites.ca) the fire was localized and after a few minutes the open burning was extinguished. <…> “The work on irrigation and dismantling of the structures was completed and they were completely liquidated at 20.49 (13.49 Moscow time – Gazeeta.Ru),” the statement said.
Ministry representatives added that 32 firefighters took part in extinguishing the fire. Additionally, 8 pieces of special equipment served at the scene.
