“There are various sweeteners that can cause an allergic reaction, including anaphylactic shock,” Kazantsev added.

Energy drinks can provoke the development of diabetes, but the most terrible consequence is still considered to be the effect on the cardiovascular system and fragile body. The doctor warned that a person who consumes energy drinks risks being admitted to intensive care and subsequent death.
