Customers of the Lenta hypermarket in St. Petersburg found notes with poems about Stepan Bandera in their purchases. This was reported by “Fontanka”.
First, an unknown person dropped a napkin with lines from a Ukrainian song into a bag of groceries that a local resident bought from a store on Tallinn Highway. The woman found a brochure in the house with poems glorifying Stepan Bandera and Ukrainian soldiers and immediately contacted the security service of the retail chain.
It was learned that on January 19, another customer found a note with a poem about Bandera inside the candy box he ordered from the same hypermarket.
Lenta is now looking for the fan of the Ukrainian nationalist with the police.
“We are conducting an investigation with the participation of law enforcement agencies,” representatives of the retail chain told reporters.
