In Petrozavodsk, a man took his revenge by forcing his neighbors to listen to children cry, laugh and pray all night. This was reported by karel.mk.ru.
According to the publication, residents of one of the houses reported that a child’s cry, laughter and prayers were heard throughout the night in the neighbor’s apartment. Frightened townspeople began to find out what was happening and opened the situation for discussion on social networks.
Police later said that the 32-year-old resident of the apartment building where the sounds came from decided to voice his displeasure to his neighbors. According to him, the neighbor’s children were making too much noise and the man decided to take revenge. He turned on the audio recording and started working the night shift.
An administrative report was prepared against the man on the grounds that he disturbed the peace and tranquility of the citizens at night.
